Well, it is pretty old, yes? Mahindra has made Jeeps under license since the 1950's. l have seen new ones with long wheelbase and four doors, which Jeep itself is just now doing in 2007.
A cj4 made by Mahindra in India would be pretty much the same as a WIllys built one. Except for the engine, possibly. You could put just about any imaginable drivetrain in an old Jeep if you have unresolvable problems.
So, yeah. A Willys Jeep manual would cover it.
