It is a gud car.It does give gud mileage due to its european design and technology.

Mahindra Renault Logan, Is the best car in its class and its the cheapest car in its class. But if you want mileage you have to switch to Indigo Marina.

Yes mahindra Renault logan is a good car.But people are not willing to buy that car because Renault is a new company to India and its spare parts are also not available in indian markets.It also gives good mileage.But it is not upto to the level to compete with most popular cars in India like Accent, Optra,Esteem,SX4,Aveo,etc.

As far as average is concerned, it does have a good average of around 14-15km/hr (is more on highways). It has much bigger boot space, much wider body compared to other cars (Optra, Honda city, Corolla, & c-class merc) & three people can easily sit on the back seat. The Logan is presently available in three variants; the 1.4 & 1.6 litre petrol engines & the 1.5 dci common rail engine. the diesel engine is priced between 547000 to 643000 & the petrol one varies from 427000 to 568000. But if u like styling & looks in a car then it is not the best one to go for. It has got average looks & the styling is not great. On a whole, good car, value for money & worth buying.

it is better to have a suzuki sz4 rather than a logan

Really a good value for money car. But if you strecth your budget, go for the sx4 or verna. The logan gives good mileage, the diesel giving 14 and 19 in the city and highways. Go for it if your requirements are space and mileage.

logan is a cheap car...u know what l mean ?? cheap cheap cheap...i'd rather suggest sx-4 or verna diesel. :D

Logan is a great value package. Note that l havent written value for money. In this age, ur money can certainly buy much better than a logan.

The ride is compromising, interiors r YUCK!, the boot space is too good (if you
want to use it as a taxi, then go for it!), looks r awful (again, looks like a taxi!), mileage & maintenance is yet to be confirmed by those who will use it. Spares r expected to be cheaper. l am not going to speak about service issue because any mahindra owner will tell u about that!

Logan feels like a left hand driven car which has steering on the right! the controls r all over the place & like somebody said, NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU WIFE WILL DRIVE IT AROUND

l test drove Logan, IKON, Esteem & Accent because l wanted to buy something which costs me 5.5 on road, & l must say inspite of being the ’LATEST’ car among all above mentioned, Logan faired last in OVERALL package!

As per the Overall package

1. Ford Ikon
2. Accent
3. Esteem (lOOks r really dated but still this packs much better a punch than a logan)
4 & last - Logan

P.S - l know there is a lot of space in the boot, but does it mean that we should put a driver seat there & sit!! We all have a tandency to go overboard with happiness & thats what has happened to many people who have gone crazy seeing a logan.its a third world car (For those who do not know its engine is not a renault engine but from a company DACIA which was taken over by renault in ROMANIA)

The Indian customer has never had it this good! There is way too much choice available now & because we guys r putting in so much of our hard earnt money, l would request u guys to take a realistic view & go for a complete car rather than this ridiculous cost cutted piece of iron called logan
