Handling & manoeuarability is always a class apart with high performance engine & a better visibility though it has a high bonnet. With wider wheels better road grip is guaranteed.. With the latest CRDe engine the quality of the engine is improved & so this engine is an 80 % no problm engine.. Maintenance cost is much lower when compared to the imported dadas.

Some of the things that irritate r the placement of the driver seat & driving pleasure that r not so good.. rear space is really lagging & is considerably less for a family mover. The bumpy rear suapension is a non rectified problem even in the latest Scorpio.

The M&M Scorpio delivers really good Value for u buck. Hang on till the new 2.2 litre ''eagle'' engine is out. This engine will deliver more power than the exisiting 2.6 litre NEF CRDe engine (about 25 horses more) & is likely to be a tad better in terms of mileage.

In the same segment u also have the tata Safari, the Chevy tavera & the toyota Innova to consider. If cost is not a concern - the innova is my pick of the lot for easy of driving, overall fit & finish & the smoothest ride.
